I'm actually trying out varios outliners and very positively surprised about your program, esp the tree / column options on the left side window.

Wondering how to change the blue color of the program interface, it would be nice to have an option available to select a prefered color scheme (eg neutral grey, system color, Office style).

In effect this could be a means to create fields in an easy format, maybe even allow defining the fields. This way not all tree entries need to have all the same attributes or attributes showing.

This would make the outline view so much more useful.

Currently, only predefined styles can have keyboard shortcuts. I'd like to see an extra field in the Style dialog that allows you to define or change a shortcut for the style. The field should be available for both custom and predefined styles.

This would allow being able to quickly rename documents based on selected text in the text editor

After extensive use of Myinfo the number of tags gets enourmous due to tags resulting of synonym use, typos, use of singular/plural or adjective and nouns ( antagonism/ antagonistic) etc.

Reducing tags to a minimum set is a lot of work and could be much more efficient if myinfo can merge tags (e.g. selecting existing tags and having a merge dropdown menu or a seperate "edit tags" menu)

Since sometimes selecting existing tags is more efficient I'd suggest to have a tag cloud/ list for alle existing topics also. An ideal solution for me would be a tag cloud like in delicious as a popup or overlay window

Apply a possibility to see (e.g.in right column) which documents also use the documents tags when viewing a document

Select a formatted text A, use the format painter and transfer the format from text A to another text B

Please include "Clone" in the right-click menu option (when right-clicking on a tree item). You've got Cut, Copy, Paste ... why not Clone? It's annoying and cumbersome to have to go to Insert and navigate the entire tree to find the item I want to clone. If I can simply right-click and item and choose Clone, then I can move the clone wherever I want. Or better, have another right-click menu option to "Paste clone".

We need the ability to attach pictures and illustrations to suggestions. A picture is worth a thousand words. MyInfo could be so much better. But I need to show you what I'm talking about. I can't tell you in so many words.

If I add a due date to a document tree item, it converts to a task (checkbox) ... which is okay. But I see no way to convert it back to a document item (doc icon). Better, allow any tree item to have a due date without a checkbox. Marking as "done" could optionally be in a right-click menu.

Make it easy to create tasks from Outlook messages that have follow-up flags. Similar to the IE "Send to" plug in, it could set priority, creation date and due date, if any, based on the flag.

Low medium and high are not flexible enough. I'd like to see "None", "Lowest", "Lower", "Higher", "Highest" and "Urgent", or something similar.
