    Hans, this will be much easier in MyInfo 7 (and move flexible, because you will be able to have multiple forms in the same file).

    MyInfo already uses these shortcuts:
    Enter - creates new sibling document
    Ctrl+Enter - creates new child document

    This is possible now. Just click on the item in the tree and choose a color from the Highlight toolbar button.

    If you use user attribute of type number, this is possible now too
