Web backup & synchronization
Back up and synchronize your mio topics using the Web, so that you may share data between locations (ie., work and home).

Whilst Dropbox is great it does not allow for two users of MyInfo to use a file at the same time. If someone is on computer A and then someone opens MyImnfo on computer B then when comp B saves the files it renames it (conflicted copy).
You then end up with two files except one has the data that comp B just added or changed whilst the Comp A version does not.
This gets very complicated if a few files are added or changed. One has to try and find what new data is where.

Just keep your file in DropBox.

I cannot understand this desire to put everything in the cloud. Don't you have a plain USB-stick which you can use for synchronizing?! I think the development time required for this feature could be better used somewhere else, eg. the CHM export feature.

And still, that's the highest rated idea... I don't have an account in any of the listed services and would love a simple "backup and sync" checkbox, a set and forget option.

Agree with Alex, Sugarsync does the files just fine, Toodleloo would be great!

I agree with Sueido - Dropbox and Microsoft Live Sync are robust tools that already provide this functionality. I'd much rather see Milenix developers focus on functionality that can't be found elsewhere.

Sorry, that should be "Dropbox".

Personally I think this is a waste of development time, when fantastic solutions like Drobox will already do this (and much more) for you.

Realistically from a developer's viewpoint, it seems a lot of overhead to implement this.
How about synchronization with toodledo.com or rememberthemilk.com ?Best of both worlds-
