I suggest you ...

  2. Disable word-wrap in text editor option

    I'd like an option where text editor does not automatically wrap lines in the text editor.

  4. Viewer mode

    There should be option to enter a "viewer mode" with editing commands disabled.

  5. Search as you type

    Searching should work without hitting the Enter key. The search results should appear as you type, so you can refine your search on the fly.
