Improve the web-clipper
The web clipper needs improvment. I have mentioned this many times on the forum. While MyInfo's web clipping tool is good, it is not nearly as powerful as the clipper tools that come with UltraRecall or InfQube. UltraRecall's clipper allows the user to clip parts of web pages and store it the database. The clippings look exactly like the original info on the webpage with all formatting preserved. UltraRecall allows the user to edit the clipped data, highlight sections, delete parts.
MyInfo would benefit from a powerful web-clipping tool like this. I know they are available as the one used…

Search all topics at once for tasks or items.
This would allow you to group similar tasks or items in a context. You could then create a kind of dashboard to group similar items across numerous topics. You would not have to search each individual topic for a next action.

illustrations
We need the ability to attach pictures and illustrations to suggestions. A picture is worth a thousand words. MyInfo could be so much better. But I need to show you what I'm talking about. I can't tell you in so many words.

Add either the ability to manually enter a priority, or expand the list to include more options.
Low medium and high are not flexible enough. I'd like to see "None", "Lowest", "Lower", "Higher", "Highest" and "Urgent", or something similar.

Allow columns to move to the left of the item.
Right now, columns can be re-arranged except that the item always has to be the left-most column. I suggest allowing other columns be allowed to move to the left of the item (as other programs do).
Advantage: when I have a list of ratings, priorities for items it's much cleaner and easier to read them if they're to the left of the item. When they're to the right, you have move your eyes way over and way back for each item. It really makes a difference in ease of reading.

view documents of a same topic in different windows
This would allow for easier MOVE of documents inside a topic. Moving documents inside a topic can be done currently by drag&drop, but is fastidious of the new location is far away inside the topic.

Visibility of attributes in text editor
Sometimes I have to work heavily with data in tables, and I use the Attributes for this. By incident I found that the attributes can be shown as a table in the top section of the text editor. Today I spent half an hour or more to re-create this view - it does not show up in "Window", not in "View > Attribute", not in context menu for text editor - but is deeply hidden in Tools > Form Editor > check box Show form", and no hint even in "Help".
Could you - please - make this feature easier…3 votes
